What is the investment to open an Ivybrook Academy?

Total investment costs range from approximately $352,000 – $630,000.  To invest in a franchise, individuals will need $100,000 in liquid assets for down payment to qualify.  Some candidates may have the ability to retirement funds as a down payment source, we can provide contact information for you to find out if this is an available option for you.

 

Do you help with financing?

Yes, our business plan and concept has been approved by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and we have a relationship with Benetrends Financial to get you approved quickly and seamlessly. As mentioned above, we additionally have an approved relationship with a financial services company that can turn a previous 401k into your down payment with no penalty!

Will I need to have a facility built?

Our model offers you many different choices to pick what is best for your situation. We can offer you options in building from the ground up, to renting a space, or converting an existing location with our team to help you redesign the interior to transform it into a beautiful school. We are happy to sit down and walk through all of the options to help you find what is best for you.

 

What return on investment can I expect?

A lot!  We provide over 120 hours in person for you to get up and running and it doesn’t stop there.  Here is a list of how we are DETERMINED to set you up for SUCCESS:

 

Before Opening – 2 weeks of training both at our corporate location and at your school’s location

You will receive 7 operation manuals we have written with over 600 pages of information

Opening Month- Our team will be with you the entire week prior to opening as well as your first week of operation.

After Opening- Regular visits, calls and open lines communication are important for everyone’s success!

 

Owners will receive weekly communication calls, on-going updates to their staff training program, annual curriculum updates, and consistent support whether on the phone or in person.
